"I can't remember her name, but the salesperson at Cycle Gear in Laurel was helpful in discussing helmets. I was looking for higher-priced full-faced helmets as my wife and I are having twins, so wanted better protection. I was looking from Shoei, Arai, Bell, and she recommended Sedici as well. She was extremely patient in the process, and brought down helmets that were out of reach for either of us. I went with the mid-range Bell qualifier as I know it isn't the best-rated overall, but a quality mid-range full-face. "
"Courtney was knowledgeable, good at selling, and tried as best she could to pay attention to multiple customers during an early PM weekday shop. She was alone (and vulnerable!) for at least the first hour I shopped. The state of the inventory and general orderliness was reflected by the poor number of staff. Biggest disappointment: the helmets lacked their original boxes - CG had the only Bell 500 Classic, XL, in black matte in the area and a helmet bag was the only way to transport it. Not good."
